Milestone 0
Trust pass on the current concept: legal pages, methodology, neutral copy, and cleaner public framing.
Your voice. Their record. Rebuilt for trust.
meVSreps is moving from a single-issue prototype to a real civic accountability platform. The first version is intentionally narrow: one city, verified residents, source-backed agenda issues, and public alignment between constituent preference and official votes, with historical officeholder tracking built into the foundation.
Platform Direction
This is not a general political review site. It is a structured record of how verified constituents wanted a representative to vote on a specific issue, compared with what that representative did, while preserving who held each office at that point in time.
Public trust depends on narrow scope, neutral language, source links, office history, and a workflow that can be audited. The Hooper build is the test case for whether that model actually works in production.
Build Sequence
Trust pass on the current concept: legal pages, methodology, neutral copy, and cleaner public framing.
App scaffold, shared layout, and data model foundation for Hooper City.
Admin workflows for offices, officeholders, terms, issues, agenda sources, and official vote entry.
Resident verification, one-vote-per-issue enforcement, and public alignment views.
Deployment Readiness
The rebuilt app now has a live database, real Hooper meeting imports, admin controls, audit logging, and public issue and representative pages. It is still in pre-launch hardening rather than public rollout.
Deployment readiness work now includes canonical metadata, sitemap and robots generation, environment validation, and a health endpoint for host monitoring.
